In order to thoroughly become familiar with our buyers and their needs we offer two types of consultation.
There is no cost or obligation should you take advantage of these services.

THE BUYERS’ COUNSELING SESSION

Generally held in our offices, this session takes the buyer through the buying process from start to finish, establishes the buyers’ requirements, and gives an opportunity for questions and answers on all facets of the buying strategy. These sessions are often held with more than one member of our group to give as comprehensive an overview as possible.

THE INFORMAL PRE-COUNSELING SESSION

For those who are determining whether to buy or not, this gives potential buyers a chance to discuss their wants, needs, and concerns and explores the feasibility of a purchase. It also gives insights as to the basic steps in the process of making a purchase.
