• I am most concerned with developing a relationship with clients and understanding their wants and needs, and in working toward the fulfillment of their goals and desires
• As the CEO for a company I co-founded, I have dealt with start-up businesses from concept, to capital formation, through site planning and construction, and ultimately ongoing management
• I have an excellent rapport with people and communicate effectively
• I have a demonstrated strong background in negotiations and transactions
• Since moving to Santa Barbara ( Montecito) in 1993, I have been active in volunteer efforts to benefit my community
• I am active in Santa Barbara’s equestrian community and have a gained a specialized knowledge of equestrian properties
• As an actor, producer, and director I have worked with many members of the arts community in supporting local talent and projects
